Most of my clients refresh their headshots every year or so, but you might need a new one sooner if your hair or style has changed, or if you’ve rebranded or launched something new.
If your headshot no longer matches the way you look today or your business goals, it’s time to update it. It’s one of the simplest ways to keep your brand identity feeling fresh.
Headshots are tight, head-and-shoulders images that are simple and designed for clarity. They easily identify you for your social media profiles, website about page, and marketing materials.

AI generated headshots just look plain weird! The photos are over-airbrushed, inauthentic and although they might vaguely resemble you… they won’t ever be quite right. Worst case scenario, they could even make clients suspicious about working with you.

I offer headshots on location anywhere in Manchester city centre and south Manchester areas within 30 minutes of my base in Sale, such as Altrincham, Stretford, Chorlton, Didsbury and Stockport. I also have use of a photography studio in the Northern Quarter if you’d like studio headshots.

My signature headshots package is 30 minutes long. This gives time for you to warm up and relax into having your picture taken. It also the ideal amount of time to try out a few different backdrops for your headshots.
Studio headshot shoots are available as 30 minute or one-hour slots. If you go for the longer option, you will be able to change outfits to get the most out of your booking.
If you feel you need more time for a variety of images, more locations and outfit changes, consider booking a personal branding shoot.
You can expect to receive lots of posing prompts and encouragement from me, allowing you to feel like your best self. Essentially, all you need to do is relax and smile!
And don’t worry if you’re camera shy. Many people I work with are nervous about having their headshots done. I’ll soon put you at ease and you’ll be posing like a pro!
